Full review

I had a bad experience at West Mountain. Their customer service was poor. They were inflexible and would not help me. The employees at the customer service desk were not at all helpful and seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. These guys don't get it that they are selling a service and must have repeat customers to stay in business. I will go elsewhere next time.
