We loved everything lodging, the spa, the courtesy shuttle's, the Bistro 212 we were so full but still eating for our pleasure! The staff was very professional. The atmosphere was a Swiss alps eloquent feel. My 4 person group loved our 5 day stay!!

Rented the delux condo with six rooms. Told us check in after 5 even though it’s anytime after 3. I started to worry the moment I saw a guy voicing his dissatisfaction with staff, said he’d been coming here 30 years and he was upset this time. Met with Dirty laundry sitting outside the front door to our condo, bed broken, not enough towels and none available when we called. Two of the three pool sticks broken, pool table ball rack missing, fools ball missing the balls. TV missing in one of the rooms, laying on a shelf in the laundry room. Several of the doors didn’t properly close or lock. We were limited to 35 minutes in the pool and hot tub. The van picked us up at 10:15pm for night sledding only to be turned around when we got to the slopes. Staff told the driver he was out of tickets...WTF? Worst money ever spent. The only good part of the trip was time with family and friends. Could’ve accomplished that in Buffalo for a fraction of the cost! I’d give them NO stars if I could. Just when I thought it could get no worse, in addition to the holds of $499.99 & another for 1 cent they charged my credit card $500. The penny fell off, the $499.99 is still pending but $500 posted. I can’t believe it! I’m in awe.
Beautiful location
Too many tickets before my sold equal long lines

What is not calculated for us long time skiers is the woods. When it's a natural snow day everyone starts making trails over logs and under them jumps and anything you can think of it is the best ski resort for woods skiing and being so close to Lake Erie they get alot of natural snow. I love this park including excellent food, very affordable prices, indoor outdoor hot tub, and sauna never disappoints!
You can ski the woods
It is small

Everything was great though. We're coming back up 2 weeks from today for another weekend and can't wait!
Instructor was extremely helpful and nice while teaching my group how to ski, and our whole stay at the resort was just amazing
It was raining that Saturday I went up last January and the snow was icy and slushy making it hard for us beginners to learn. Also the shuttle that goes around on the weekends would constantly pass the doors we were standing at, going back to the other si

I have been going to Peek n Peak for over two years now to ski and have to say it is my favorite place to ski in WNY. The lifts are way too slow though and that has to be the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars. The runs are shorter than many other resorts but that doesn't bother me much seeing my knees have issues. The slopes would be suitable for a beginner or an intermediate skier so if you're an expert you would find the trails not all that challenging. I will say the slopes are always groomed to the "t" and the staff at the lifts, lodges and The Sugar Shack are incredible. They never have any major lines and the prices are very fair. We love coming here, even though Holiday Valley and Kissing Bridge are a lot closer. The entertainment never disappoints and look forward to our visits every year. Keep up the great work and hopefully in the future we can expect faster lifts.
Awesome activities - "always" pleasant ski staff -grooming is outstanding
Lifts are way way too slow

love the resort favorite place to go when you can ski the woods
best natural woods trails around. the whole left side should be single lane advanced woods trails made by the employees

This is a great family friendly resort and more relaxed atmosphere than many of the other resorts further upstate. They have continued to add and upgrade yearly including multiple terrain parks. There are actual true ski in/out condos at the top of the hill with great views that you don't get elsewhere. The restaurants are usually not so crowded that you can't get a seat and the food and service is generally good. Just something about it makes us return year after year.
Smaller family friendly resort/terrain parks
Lack of large amount of advanced terrain

i love it
stop 7springs
awesome views and value
but if you include the fact that they let you ski the woods then its a bit more advanced and fun for anyone
