Disagree with the last 2. Gore is ok. Jays peak is very close to wear coast mountains. Gore is not a challenging mountain at all when you have experience

Welcome brother. No place in the East can compare to the big places out west, but Gore gives a good variety for most skiers and riders. Two new glades on Burnt Ridge this year. Enjoy!!!

Grew up in Maine (Sugarloaf.) Spent some time in Tahoe. Now back in capital area NY. After checking out the VT mountains over the years (found them to all be just ok) I made the commitment to make Gore my new home mountain. I've never ridden it but somehow feel drawn to it. I am so stoked to ride here this winter. Fresh glade tracks on pow days. I am so ready! MORE GORE!
