Just got back from a great couple of days of fun on the slopes. It was the first ski experience for my two kids, they actually exceeded my expectations by skiing an intermediate run before the end of their first day ! I am driven to write this review after reading numerous negative commentary about the staff, it's total BS. We found them friendly and helpful to many who happen to take a tumble. I am a firm believer that if you have a smile on your face, you'll get the same in return. The only thing they couldn't do was will the Snow Gods to drop some snow ! We had a blast...we'll be back.
