This was our first trip to Red River and the first trip to ski for the kids. We stayed at Alpine Lodge and stayed four days and had a blast. The kids can't wait to go back. I do suggest resurvations for anywhere you want to eat we had to wait every evening for dinner sometime 11/2 to 2 hours. We rented our skis from Wild Bill's and saved a little money. We went on a snowmoble tour and the kids loved that as well. We tried to go on the tour with Red River Ski Resort but it was booked up, and the lady said it books up sometime a year in advance. We loved the little town we walked everywhere we went, when I parked the upon ariving I only cracked it to leave four days later. We seen elk driving in and out and mule deer where in town everywhere. WE LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK.

we also rented tubes after the skiing and the kids thought that was just as fun if not more fun
