Very friendly, great snow
lack of safety bas on lifts

Full review

A very friendly resort, Texan loud and fun and therefore friendly, but not crowded. Tree runs, excellent set of green runs at the top of the mountain for lower intermediates wanting to really enjoy tree skiing. Views are fantastic, it's on the beautiful Enchanted Circle drive. It's not big, but prices are low. For people coming from a longer distance, it would be a great resort to warm-up on before hitting steep and big Taos Ski Valley. And certainly should be combined with a drive around the Enchanted Circle. 1 complaint which applies to most Western US resorts - the lack of safety bars on chairlifts
