Visited here last winter with my family. The lift tickets were a bargain, and if you are teaching young kids to ski, this is probably a great place to bring them. But advanced skiers will find them selves bored out of their minds, because the topography of the mountain is so unvaried. All the trails are pretty much alike.

Getting there is interesting...if you approach from the Santa Fe side, you actually pass in and out of the Los Alamos National Labs complex. I had a military ID and it was no big deal, but if you're driving a 1973 VW minibus and look like Osama Bin Laden, you might get held up a bit.
