That's right. We made our reservations (a month in advance) and paid for them through their internet site. They could not locate our reservations which were for several days for our entire family. Even with our Confirmation Number in hand - they could not locate the reservations. Their Manager told us to pay for them again and to work it out with our credit card company. OMG !! There was another family with confirmation in hand that was also told to pay again because they could not locate their reservations. What kind of response is that. . . . they could tell both families were upset and the Manager called Security. OMG !! Is this not a family place. After one of their employees looked through every persons name they located our name (which was totally mispelled). No apologies were given. Nothing was said. The Manager should be let go or put out on the slopes to create more snow which was very needed on the GREEN trails. There were patches of dirt everywhere and they were not makin; snow at their busiest time of year. Also, they close the food facility on the mountain at 3:00. I went in to get a bottle of water and the man working there asked one of the other employees - "didn't you shut the doors". I'm sorry to bother him counting his money. Of course, I didn't purchase the bottle of water because they were "CLOSED". Everyone there needs to take a seminar in "people skills" and "customer service">
