Full review

I think some of the reviews this season are VERY skewed. You have to realize how poor the winter conditions are this season. I also notice none of the bad reviews mention which peak you go to. Vernon peak is guranteed to be crowded since most the greens are there but South and Bear are fairly good (although they dont open in the day on weekdays, but we'll get to that). Mt. Creek is indeed crowded but so is just about every major resort. Camelback, Killington, Hunter Mt. They all become zoos if you go to the green areas. If thats all that you judge the mountain on, thats fine, but make sure you make it clear. If you want a good ride graduate and get out of the greens and pick the more obscure and difficult trails. That being said, Mt. Creek's South Peak and Bear are the places to be, although they dont get treated properly compared to Vernon peak. They are more empty, and you dont have to deal with speeding posers who dont have the guts to go on the harder trails and instead torment the newbie areas. Mt. Creek is definitely not very family friendly, and not newbie friendly. But once you become better, it has a great terrain park and an awesome pipe and good blue and black trails.
