If you're close enough to drive to Campgaw, do yourself a favor and keep driving NW to Mountain Creek. This ski area is nothing more than a small hill. This isn't a bad place if you are a first-time skier or rider, but beyond that there is really not much to find here. Be careful about visiting the day after a snow storm hits the area because most of the locals come out in mass.

Night skiing is a nice option for those who need to get a quick downhill fix in.
