Great base lodge, easy to navigate, good variety, great cruisin'
Poor signage, some trails have bad ratings

Full review

I went to Ragged in feb 08. We were welcomed by a great, navigatable base lodge and then the same with a mountain. Flying Yankee is easily the best cruiser i've ever done, and there are also some wide beginner slopes so that beginners could have fun and not have to worry about headwalls. There is lots of variety and it is easy to navigate. One complaint I have about this mountain is that the signage is outdated and there is not enough, so bring a map with you! Another complaint is that some trails are not rated well. We did this long winding green going from the top of the main mountain and it really should have been a blue. I'd reccomend ragged to anyone who likes family cruisers.
