As a avid skier , I love skiing as much as I possibly can. Black Mountain located in Jackson , New Hampshire is one of the hidden treasures of New Hampshire skiing with it's retro feel and lodge it is often overlooked by skiers who aren't willing to go off the beaten track which is a shame. The mountain offers 40 trails. From easy cruising greens to sharp turning double black diamonds it is a pleasure to ski. I recommend this mountain to anyone who loves to ski but hates the overpriced mountains of the New Hampshire area (Attitash). So if you love skiing at it's purest check out Black Mountain.- Was this helpful?
