its actually big in general...not just east coast its not huge compared to out west but its only a little smaller than the ones out west iv been out west for long periods of time and went to Telluride Breck copper steamboat durango and powderhorn and they way better mountains becauase those are on snowcaps with bowls and all that but size wise sunday river is big in general and if u know where to look has challenging and easy trails its an awesome mountain i recommend it to anyone
