it rained all night: hard rain. 7:20am: still hard rain. Rain means no Herbs. but it also windy. might be an old- fashioned kind of a day.

Cannon - Mittersill offers great value & scenery, good challenge, nice backcountry with Mittersill, classic curvy New England style runs, historic tram, great history, great pub, nice top of the mountain eatery/bar, no crowds, the ski museum, nice sports shop, an awesome repair/tune shop, pleasant employees and you do not have to drive thru the back roads turning left right left right and stopping at red lights to get there. Nope...Just a straight shot up rt 93...no turns..no traffic..no lights..1 hour 55 minutes from Boston. PERFECT Ps: Go Mittersill revitalization project. Great price appreciation for us owners of the one and only ski in ski out Austrian style village. Pss: I like to ski all different mountains from the East to the West to Europe and they all offer something for everyone. Cannon Mittersill just happens to be my local go to mountain. I dont hate any other mountains. Its the people that get on my nerves. LOL. Psss: The "rock" off Taft Slalom. Friendly locals and great afternoon western sun exposure. Stop, sit , sun and relax. Peace!! Video: Coppermine run at Mittersill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJ8LLpY2zcg
