fresh inch or 2 Saturday night made for some decent runs this am. gotta love bluebird skys and no lines also. my only complaints about attitash is that the sun comes over the backside of the mountain in the am so the trails are in the shade all morning making it difficult to see the hill patterns in the trails. caught an edge a couple times. not too bad tho

Been up to Vermont 9 times this year from jay peak to Stratton. Best conditions of the season here at Butternut today. Totally not Vermont's fault Mother Nature not playing nice this year. The reports of it being cold kept people away but great sun, nice snow, blue sky ,,, really making this a great day. Doesn't feel cold..

great day at Okemo yesterday! the cover is thin but there was enough fluffy snow on top. The groomed back runs are in best condition because they dont get as much traffic. Blue runs, especially the crowded ones, got slick and icy by the end of the day.

Fresh pow all day yesterday (Saturday) made for some terrific conditions. Incredibly cold. Most crowded I've ever seen. Some areas still don't have great coverage like cliff trail and lower nosedive - saw patches of ice.

I think the poster below is just pissed off and trying to say the conditions are bad. The day was not awful and the mountain is not awful. It's called the East Coast. Ski it and don't complain, or stay in whatever southern New England state you're from.

South Peak at 8 am was good. Trails were not groomed last night so about two inches of fresh powder to cut through. Too bad Loon did not bring out the groomers to breakdown the giant piles of snow from the blowers. Not sure why they are leaving these piles across most of the advanced terrain on South Peak. Very cold and windy at the summit. Temp with windchill is -25.

Lousy pic, awesome conditions this morning. I'm calling it an honest 4"+ since Saturday morning. Came down lower antelope (before hours...) and it's wonderful.

Conditions range from 5-7 inches of pow on some trails to a full ice skating rink on the others. Blue bird day though, fair amount of wind
