yes, 1/4" right? seriously, it's all ice after last rain. SR would need a foot to cover this ice. don't waste your weekend - wait for warmer temps to soften it.

How are the trees? Going up Sunday and would love to take one more run into the trials but looks like Olympic is closed. hopefully some of the other tree areas are open.

Superstar is not over-hyped, it is an awesome slope. I skied straight outvdown the headwall two weeks ago and it was powder all the way. i agree it gets blown off, but SS, Cascade, DD, are all smazing runs when snow is great. almost always great on the edge of the slope where only the brave can tame the Beast! Best in the East!

went monday 3/11. was the best day ever. great grooming, great weather, great mountain. the next day, they seemed to have groomed a single trail. between the fog, the rain, and the bumps on nearly every trail, it was miserable and i left before noon. what a shame. had they bothered to groom the trails, it would have been a salvageable day. instead, i wasted $80.

I like Killington a lot I think everyone just complains too much and jack frost is a joke that might have been the dumbest comment I've ever seen
