Olympic, PDF, Plummet, & Jaws on the north face are fantastic, nothing but dry blower pow in the bumps. Trees off Olympic also good but danger zones lerk under the pow in spots. Great turns for mid Dec!

pipe froze on upper lynx. that is why it didnt open on opening day. they had made some snow but needed natural to get enough of a base. and the frozen pipe is why they have yet to make snow on upper polecat.

Had an awesome powdery day Tuesday! Butternut is fun... but $30 for 12+ hours of lift access, or even $26 for a (6 hour) night session at Mohawk is really hard to beat (Butternut closes at 4pm). Road conditions were terrible though, be careful when driving in snow storms.

These reports are not up to date. Just like SB, mad river glen saw 1 foot throughout last week and another foot on Saturday night. Then another 2" last night. Conditions are excellent. They range from powder to thin cover due to the light fluffy nature of the snow.
