Loon Mountain - Terrain was rough in the morning and most of the mountain was either icy corn or just a slab of scratchy ice. But as the sun came out and softened the surface the conditions improved. it helped that the grooming team worked all morning to open more trails by noon. - ©Carl K.

Sunday River - Wind holds bummer...didn't seem to be blowing that hard towards the end of the day, but barker started up late - 3ish
Skied White cap/Lil white cap nearly ski on and limited crowds on the few runs accessible during the windholds. Mountain is holding up well. - ©Andy’s iPhone (2)

Sugarbush - A lot of ice today. A lot of closures. Still there were a few good runs out there. Not enough grooming as the previous poster mentioned. - ©JH

Okemo Mountain Resort - Sat 2/25 - Wow, what a difference a week makes. Warm today and the surface was a mix of mashed potatoes, granular, and a little bit of chunk, not the typical Spring surface...and it's still February of course. it's good enough above freezing for now to hit it, but the top 1/4 of the mountain is starting g to show a lot of the granite obstacles that typically appear in late March. Let's hope the keep those compressors around for an extra week because the bottom 3/4 of the mountain has plenty of snow, but the top won't last much longer without some help. For now it's fine. In days below freezing there will be some large ice patches due to the massive amount of melting that they have had. Let's hope their groomers and snowmakers can work their magic and extend things into mid April. Same goes for probably everywhere else in the Northeast. Fingers crossed. - ©TheBrambster

Jay Peak - Sierra cement. Where the snow was deep is now thick and heavy. Lots of bare spots on the bump runs. Did not see any ice. Although it's not looking good tomorrow. Hoping for quick change over to snow tonight. - ©stefan’s iPhone

Jay Peak - Two words.... Stay Home.

Thick ice, mad bare spots, windy. Cold temps returning will turn this place into an ice skating rink. - ©anonymous

Mount Snow - Good skiing today. Low to no crowds. Crazy summer weather but hey early spring skiing...on top of a good base. Corn snow, mostly carvy, just some slush and occasional slow downs in the flats - ©rj
