A good size mountain and an excellent choice for families, beginners and intermediates. It offers enough terrain to satisfy anyone for a day. Kids love it. They offer good value for the experience. You can't get lost. All runs end up in the same place. They just remodeled the Base Lodge and it's much nicer than before. Check out the second deck outside with a hot drink. Good snow - they have most of the runs covered with man made snow. An all day adult lift ticket is only $49. can't beat that in Tahoe this season. I just watched the Stallar Jiblet - it's a great 2 day event. There is no night life at the resort but plenty of option in town, which is only 5 min away. The sushi place or hacienda are a great choice for dinner. So it Bite, the new place in town. Hyatt offers anything from gambling to live music. Rookies and Crosby's are also good sports bars and local crowd.
