    In a sort of an antidote to its popular Last Tracks program, Diamond Peak will unveil its inaugural Uphill Race on March 31. Participants will make their way up to Snowflake Lodge by any means possible except motorized – i.e., snowshoes, skis, skins, etc. – and then partake in a continental breakfast with pastries, coffee and hot chocolate.     From now until the end of the season Diamond Peak is offering deep discounts on next year's season passes. For as low as $278 for adults $96 for kids, you can get a 2007/08 pass and use it this season until the lifts close in mid-April; you'll also get a couple of lift tickets, which you can pass along to some needy rider, that are good until the end of next season.
