You can't complain if you go up. You're riding in the middle of summer. it was my first time though. Clearly a very low snow year. Down to 2 runs. If you want to get your summer turns, do it sooner rather than later. I don't think they can hold out too much longer.
pow and compact areas, few icy patches but too much, so there's good conditions for everybodys taste (besides the ice patches few an far). Pretty good day, def jacket weather up top but sweater weather on stormin.
Excellent spring skiing this morning. Started on Shooting Star for about an hour. Lots of well-groomed corduroy. Went up to Cascade and the snow stayed reasonably fast until noon. Last day tmw. Sigh. 3 cheers for the grooming crew!
Riding conditions where pretty good on today, seemed like 3-4in of powder on top of packed snow on magic mile which made for pretty decent riding. didn't run into any icy patches or sticky spots but it was a bit chilly up top.
