The trail was short and relatively easy for first time snow shoers. The map provided was inaccurate in areas.
The staff was unclear as to what to charge, and the pricing on the brochure was unclear as well. We were told one cost by two staff members, but were charged a higher price at the counter. The management was hostile and very difficult to deal with.
In fact, I have never had such an experience with this type of rude behavior and poor customer service.
