I learned to ski at Big Mountain in 1988 and I've been back just about every year since. Big Mountain offers something for everyone. There's a ton of intermediate terrain and enough advanced/expert to keep it interesting. A lot of my days at Big Mountain have been in the fog, but you really don't notice it in the trees. When it is clear, the views are unbelievable. Great folks up there, both the locals and the employees. In my mind there is just something special about this place that I haven't found any where else.

My only complaint is the name change. "Happy birthday Grandpa....we decided to change your name!"
