Good ski area when conditions are right. Fun terrain. Starting to get a bit more crowded on weekends. Avoid the cafeteria on weekends, one of the most inefficient operations I have ever seen. I'll agree the snow reports can exaggerate, but they have gotten better since the web cam was added. You need to watch the web cam carefully to know if the snow is swept daily. This week it was swept on Monday afternoon and never again for the week. So actual snowfall was about 2", 1", and 2". Discovery reports the total accumulation as 2", 3" and 5" 24 hour snowfalls over the next 3 days. Okay maybe a bit picky, but rushing up for 5" of new snow and finding almost 2" new can be a bit of a disappointment. Still skied good.
