Snow Reporter Comments

Good morning Big Sky!
Should I stay or should I go? You should go! We are opening up some more terrain this morning! Our Mountain Operations team plans to open up Iron Horse around mid-morning with several run options. We are also expecting to open more runs off of Swift Current as well! Also for you parks folks, the terrain park Swifty 2.0 will continue to see some love from our crew molding features.
We only saw trace amounts of snow overnight. The current temperature at 5 am is -7F. The predicted high for the day is around 2F. Don’t let these temps discourage you, so come out and enjoy the Biggest Skiing in America. The skies today should be mostly sunny with light West winds. Right now, our mid mountain base is settled at 18 inches with the upper mountain base settled at 29 inches. We have only seen trace amounts of snow in the past 24 and 48 hours.
I’m getting out there today and so should you!
-Alex
