What a friendly place, and I'm sure you're tired of hearing it, but, NO LIFT LINES! The terrain is endless with something for everyone and good separation. We have been blessed to spend the entire season here this year (eat your heart out!), and have yet to exhaust the possibilities. Even in this year of less than abundant snow out West, there has been plenty of powder and an abundance of "bluebird days" to enjoy it in. There is more extreme terrain here than you'll find at most resorts and perhaps that's why you see more helmet use as well.

This year they've added a second car to the tram to Lone Peak (that counts as a gondola, doesn't it?). If you aren't quite up to skiing down from the Peak, you're welcome, even encouraged, to ride up AND back down to enjoy the spectacular view and take pictures from the top. The available Lone Peak Pass serves both sides of Lone Peak, (Big Sky and Moonlight Basin), making this the biggest resort in the US. It's more mountain than you can possibly ski, but what fun you'll have trying!!
