Big sky has the amount of terrain it could handle 5 times what it gets on its busiest day of the year. Plenty of novice terrain for families or flatland vacationer. The Terrain serviced off of the Challenger and Tram provides plenty of opportunity for pushing your limits and getting your heart racing. Wind events can push snow around and create favorable conditions in leeward areas while making for bullet proof conditions on windward slopes. This can result in wind closures which can last the majority of the day. Tree skiing is minimal with dense lodgepole forests, minimal acerage of skiable trees near tree line and on the more northerely facing slopes. Views are amazing food is institutional grade at best and night life is non existant in the mountain village with the exception of late night at the Black Bear which is the employee hang out. Bring your own woman because Montana doesn't have any of their own. Terrain park has huge features that don't seem to get used too much due to their scale.
