As the kids say, this place is "off the hook". Varied terrain for all - though leaning towards the expert/advanced, but something for everyone. Lift lines non existeant and well thought out lift locations. Just make sure you finish the day really tired, because other that a few decent restaurants in town - the best by far being The Cabin..ge ready for a good night's sleep. This town does not rock -YET.
However if it ever does, the sereneity of the quiet amazing hills will be lost forever.
Better it stay remote, hard to get to and quiet.
Go to Vail, Aspen Whistler if you want the crowds.
I'm going back to BIg Sky!
PS watch the rocks - total ski destroyers (jaggged and hidden at times)..better yet rent skis, buy the insurance and enjoy the amazing steeps and champagne powder of this Montana gem, without worrying about destroying your $1000 Rossi's - wish I had!
