Full review

I am a local and feel I can give a great review for anyone coming to town, so here it goes.

Big Sky is a great resort if you are looking to go on a "SKI" vacation. If you are looking to go on a family winter get away or christmas trip than keep looking. The skiing is unmatched. I grew up skiing back east and obviously nothing out east can compare to anything else out west. There is more terrain and variety of terrain than you can ever imagine. I have been here for 3 seasons and know for a fact I havent seen all this place has to offer. I can go on and on about the skiing but some reasons you might not want to bring your family here:

-lack of begginer terrain
-if you and your family enjoys making wide turns taking up the entire width of the cat track be prepared to get yelled at and/or knocked over by locals.
-if you like to sit (or stand) in the middle of trails be prepared for the same
-no on mountain food
-unfriendly service (the general adittude among employees is: "thats the big sky way" or "im not getting paid enough for this")
-be ready to be dissapointed by many things

but if your looking to go have fun on some serious stuff come here otherwise leave montana asap

also big sky resort does NOT have a park they have 2 small jump and jib lines that have more familys in them then people hitting things
