Pros: Best Metro Downhill Terrain, Good mix of runs, NO BUSSES FULL OF KIDS!
Cons: Somewhat Inconsistent Grooming, Weekends in the Main Chalet can be crowded.
Having lived elsewhere in the Midwest, including Wausau, WI (home of Granite Peak/Rib Mountain), Welch was a welcome discovery. This will be my second year... Full review

Pros: Great lifts, runs
Cons: Food too expensive
We loved the resort, it was a beautiful drive to get there. The runs were excellent, all lifts were in good working order, lots of staff that were very help... Full review

Pros: Great Terrain, Incredibly well run, very clean facilities, Variety!
Cons: the normal midwest cons.... short hill.... Also it costs more than other nearby areas.
People have been saying there's no nightlife here........well to the contrary, there most definitely is nightlife here. First off, the runs all have lightin... Full review
