There is plenty of variety at Afton. Lots of green runs but plenty of blue and black runs to keep you entertained. There are several terrain parks to play around it. Weekends can get pretty busy so if you are looking for hard core skiing you might be disappointed, but if you play well with others and have the ability to get around them then you can have pleny of fun and there is plenty of fun to be had just watching others. The runs are short thre is only 350 feet of vertical but a couple are plenty steep, which is good and bad, problem is that sometimes the snowplowers simply push all the snow to the bottom and leave it a steep black diamond sheet of ice, challenging but not a lot of fun.

I have been there many times but as a side note I was just there and it looks to me like the season is over for this year it is pretty wet and getting worse with the weather we are having.
