I can believe more people haven't complained about this place! It is fun to ski occasionally, but the truth is that it is really sub-par. The only near-decent lifts are the two doubles. The triple, which unfortunatly serves the most popular terrain, is a terrible, unreliable piece of crap which should probably be replace in the the next two seasons if this place wants to stay in business. At least they made an honest effort last season with their vastly improved terrain park and high-speed tow rope. Basically, the food isn't bad, but the lodge is a piece of crap. My family once took lessons here and were quite disoppointed. Timberridge is very crowded on weekends in prime season from Chicago groups, but hopefully this will provide the cash nessicary to make some well- needed improvements. Oh, and the snow is usually icy and the snow making is pretty bad. Maybe they should just offer ice skating through december.
