Would love to see some runs cut in the woods south of the Superpipe.
Nubs Nob is a jewel! I can guarantee a smile on your face at the end iof the day.
The grooming is the best and the food in the, uh cafeteria (?) is outstanding. I refer to them as chefs, not cooks.
I guarantee the chiken noodle soup is the best, anywhere. Sorry Mom.
Nubs Nob should be a primer on how to operate a small (but not by Midwest standards) ski area.
The runs are the best in Michigan; the grooming is absolutely superb, and did I mention the food?
It is almost impossible to have a bad day at Nubs. I have skied it for years and have never had one!
Every facet of the area's operation is a joy to observe. From Mike, the asistant (?) hill maitenance dude to Scott at the Snowsports school, to the outstanding chefs; it's very obvious everyone cares.
