Mount Bohemia is my favorite place to ski in the Midwest. I have skied all over the Midwest and Mount Bohemia doesn't compare to any of them (in a good way). The downhill terrain the resort offers is great. The mountain, which is actually a mountain, has an amazing selection of glades. There are also great cleared ski runs. The vertical is the best in the Midwest and there is over 75 runs. Mount Bohemia also gets the most snow in the Midwest.

Being a teenager, I usually get bored with most Midwest resorts. However, Mount Bohemia's great terrain will keep you busy. Last year, we skied a whole weekend and didn't even come close to skiing all of the runs. At the end of every run you are actually tired, which is almost unheard of for the Midwest. The surrounding forest makes a nice backdrop to your skiing. The long drve from Chicago won't stop me from going to Mount Bohemia.
