English (US) (Change)Boyne Highlands offers the most vertical, longest runs, and steepest terrain around. There is a 552-foot vertical spread over 270 acres with plenty of lodging at the base. Ski or ride day or night. It's near its sister, Boyne Mountain, as well. There's a 500-foot halfpipe to keep snowboarders happy and a high speed quad to help serve their 430 skiable acres.
Lodging within walking distance of slope: two lodges with 234 rooms and townhouse available; no overnight camper facilities. Main Lodge at the base has a restaurant and popular lounge.
Restaurants, cafeteria, and bars in area. Ski, snowboard, and cross country rentals (season rental package available). Lessons and workshops. Designated area available free of charge for beginner skiers and snowboarders. One lift ticket for two mountains-Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain. Night skiing.
