  Pros: Baller Terrain parks

  Nice place to stretch your legs

  Pros: Good job on early season snowmaking

  Cons: Uninspired terrain

  Butternut Rocks

  Pros: Great trails; fun terrain park; huge lodge; well-kept

  Never on weekends

  Good for beginners

  Pros: friendly staff, easy terrain, family friendly

  Cons: rates, lift locations
