This is a great place to go for any skill level. It can be expensive unless you shop around for a deal (and the deals are out there). Some lifts are ponderously slow (White Cap) but most of the others will move you up the mountain quickly. The trails were well groomed and if you like wide cruisers then SR has what you want (Lollapalooza, Dream Maker). A couple spots on the blues seemed steep so be aware of the trail before cresting any bumps. Snowboarders will not like trying to get back from the Jordan Bowl peak. A long traverse trail (Kansas) is almost impossible to make without having to stop and kick/carry your board. If you are a beginner you will never make it the whole way, the trail is narrow and pretty flat and hard to hold speed on if you lack confidence. I actually took the shuttle bus from the Jordan Resort one day just to avoid that trail. The night life is okay, plenty of lodges on the various mountains but drinks are a bit pricey. Overall this is a great resort with terrain for every ability, including the experts. Several terrain parks (including one in the glades) with different size obstacles should make all the snowcrobats happy.
