Cons: crowded on weekends, touristy

Among North Tahoe locals, Northstar gets a pretty bad reputation. We know it as the local tourist trap, where you will be plagued by over-dressed fancy bay... Full review

Pros: long tree filled cruiser runs, excellent for snowboarders
Cons: 30 minute trek (shuttle, village walk, gondola) from parking to lifts
once one gets past the travel from the parking lot to finally getting to the lifts, the runs make the experience well worth your while...lots of different l... Full review
