I grew up 50 miles east of this place and learned to snowbord there. I went at least 10 or 15 times and had a blast everytime. Iowa is flat....Mt Crescent is on a bluff, but at least you can learn there!!!! Anyone saying this mountain sucks is crazy because really, what do you expect??? I now live in Colorado at the base of an amazing resort but still have a special place in my heart for Mt Crescent!!!! I hope it is there forever!!!
