I first visited the resort at the reccomendation of a dear friend that knows I love history, convenience and am a mediocre skier, this past winter. The complete resort staff won me over for life and with all the bad PR my hometown mountain has gotten in the past few years, we've bought a family pass for this winter and the kids can't wait to return. The lodge accomodations are beautiful and this past summer we visited the new indoor waterpark. When the new golf course opens just a short ways away and I can golf, the kids and can ski and surf and the wife get a massage, at a price less than any other four season resort we've checked out, I hate to share the secret, and would rather keep this hidden gem to myself, but since my wife doesn't want to drive all the way to Lake Coeurd"alene for fine dining, I thought if I shared it with just a few of you, maybe we could atleast get an ice cream and candy shop.
