Lookout Pass is a great place to learn how to ski. The runs are very gentle and quite wide for the most part. The gentle terrain is the main drawback for advanced skiers. Hercules and Big Dipper have a little pitch to them and are entertaining for a while, but the hill lacks challenging terrain for advanced skiers. The lodge is nice, clean, and the food prices are reasonable (by ski hill standards).
