Amangani (peaceful home) clings to the crest of East Gros Ventre Butte, some 7,005 ft. above sea level, and affords magnificent views of the Grand Tetons and Snake River Valley below. It was the first Aman resort in North America and evokes the atmosphere of the American West. Amangani is an all-season resort. The winter highlight is skiing, while in spring, summer and fall, the surrounding wilderness areas of Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are amongst the many attractions.
During the winter ski season, a scheduled, complimentary shuttle service, as well as private transfers, run between the resort and the Amangani ski lounge at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 20 minutes away. Located just below the Bridger Gondola, the lounge serves as a meeting and resting place. Ski equipment and lessons are organized at the lounge; snacks, hot beverages, books and concierge service are available.
