The Territorial Inn & Spa is located in the Marcy building. The building was built in the late 1930s in a Pueblo architectural design and was the site of one of the first hotels in Santa Fe The Palace Hotel. The Territorial Inn is recreated in the attractive ambience of The Palace Hotel and offers hospitality deserving of a charming and unique 15 room Inn and Spa. The Inn is located in the heart of historical downtown Santa Fe and 1/2 block from the Santa Fe Convention Center. Wake up in the morning to the smell of waffles on the griddle and a pot of gourmet coffee brewing. Breakfast is served daily in the bright and airy Breakfast court that is open to expansive blue skies.
