Enjoy the mighty Deschutes River golfing and famous Mt. Bachelor ski resort. Nearby are over 50 shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge. Resort amenities also include golf hot tub grills ski rentals and ski storage. The 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo with loft holds a maximum of 8 people and utilizes for bedding 2 Queen Beds and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. Room amenities also include in-room internet access in-room washer/dryer fireplace stereo VCR/DVD and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. >p>Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
