I have skied four times in St-Gervais and have found the experience thrilling. I had ski lesson last Christmas 2007 and found the lessons very informative and the instructor was charming and very patient which has helped develop my technique. The spa town is charming and the local shop keepers are helpful. The restaurants I have frequented are a above average standard. Food was stunning. Local firework display on new years eve was well presented. I am returning for a further week in March. The local spa town is unspoilt and new buildings are being sensitively built.
