Well, we stayed here for a week (just back) and had a fantastic time. We stayed with Esprit in La Chaumiere and had a fantastic time. For our 2 boys (5 & 7) the combination of skiing with 'super-cool' Baptiste, Lucy's food and the comapny of Zoe in Snow Club will be forever hard to beat... for ourselves it was a holiday like no other... the slopes were great for the 2 of us coming back to skiing after 8 years of enforced purgatory!! The abundance of blues on the Chavane side to warm up the legs in the morning before moving onto the sweeping reds (and occasional blacks) was a great joy but the real 'secret' of Les Gets is the Mont Chery side... so much quieter than the main section but with a number of great reds (and a least one scary black!) to really work the legs on... and after all that a great place to stop in the shape of Le Grande Ourse for a bite to eat and a beer. If you are coming here for a wild week then this place might not be for you... but if you are looking for afamily break that is hard to beat...look no further...
