My trip to Laax Flims was my first European skiing experience. Overall I enjoyed the scenic alpine terrain, especially the Vorab Glacier - Alp Ruschein run. That run is a fabulous groomer that never ends. It's so long that there's a hut in the middle! My main issue with Laax is the bottle necks. When I reached the end of the Alp Rushein run, a creaky old two person lift took people back up to the resort. There was a long jostling line that took half an hour to get though before I got on the lift. I experienced a few long lines on other lifts.
