Small but beautifully formed ski resort. Just spent a week as a resort rep for a party of 13-14 year old schoolkids and was very impressed with the place. It is not an experienced skier's paradise, with one of the two black runs being no more than a steepish red, but each run of any colour has its own character.
The ski school is, as you would expect in Italy, very good, with some first timers managing parallel turns on red runs after only four days. I have never experienced such a friendly resort. Lift staff, restaurant staff and just about everyone met me with a smile and a kind word.
If you have young children (under drinking age) you would wise to give this resort serious consideration.
Just to finish, I also got a glass of vino calda (vin chaud, gluhwein) in a mountain hut for 2 euros - great value!
