With the exception of the older quiet gentleman behind the counter, the rest of the staff working the counters/lifts were your typical local young adults who act blatantly annoyed by customers while goofing off on the job. Two kids at the snowboarding counter were unhelpful and purposely grabbing wrong boot sizes and two left boots to amuse each other (since when were men's and women's shoe sizes unisex?). Not to mention, after saying twice that I'm goofy footed, I still get handed a regular footed board. In exchange, I end up with not one, but two different boards both of which bindings are broken. The guy at the bottom of the lift was too busy throwing snowballs at his friends and vice versa while small crowds of families and other innocent bystanders get sprayed or hit by the ice. Too many of the staff were either speaking inappropriately or cursing in front of children. Conditions/terrain wasn't the greatest but I got what I paid for.
