a ton of terrain and spread out to thin out the crowds. Went on weekends and during the week on 3 seperate powder days and 2 groomer days. If you adhere to the standard act of avoiding lodges , bottom lifts, gondolas and snow ghettos/terrain parks things will be fine. Great grooming and aggressive snowmaking on some trails. Peak 9990 absolutely great for pow and experts. Gets skied out pretty fast and BE CAREFUL, they get slides in bounds all the time. Hiking out of bounds from 9990 definately go with friends with the right training and gear. THere are alot of idiots who hike with nothing, drop in off of cornices and cause slides all the time so be careful. Lots of wanna-be gang member boarders and skiers on the lower parts of the mountain so be careful taking the long run back to the parking lot at the end of the day, some ski patrollers apathetic. My girlfriend had some one pop out of the woods and land on her breaking her collar bone. SKi patrol did nothing to stop the guy so our group caught up with him and his baggy pants. Great little snack shacks on some of the lifts so if you are hard core and want to stay out all day you can and not get hungry. A little bit of terrain for everyone and not too crowded. nightlife in park city about a 10 minute drive...watch out for the cop gauntlet...if you push it up here at night, DO NOT DRIVE!!
