Description

The venerable T:Nine series gets replaced with the SuperModels this season, and each of these skis is 10-20 percent lighter than previous models. According to one tester, the new Superstitious has an "old ski feel with new technology." Aimed at advanced to expert all-mountain skiers, this 84 mm-waisted ski has K2's All Terrain Rocker, slightly elevating the tip for easy turn initiation. Like all the SuperModels, the Superstitious uses thin strips of titanal, lightweight binding components and a combination of lightweight wood around dense aspen underfoot. The result? "It has a huge sweet spot and great stability," says one tester.
