Inspired by the Sean Pettit pro model, the new twin tip Shreditor 112 received high scores for playfulness and float. Kasper said “it has cloud-like flotation off piste as well as easy steering in the heavy stuff thanks to how lightweight it feels.” Schlopy called it “wonderfully balanced. It’s quick, stable and ripped turns on the groomers.” All of K2’s freeride skis have a tapered tip design for weight reduction and tip deflection in soft snow. Construction includes a fir and aspen wood core. K2’s TwinTech sidewall-protecting technique rolls the topsheet into the sidewall. Dittmar said, “Not sure what the conditions will be? Take this ski with you.”
